132 Domestic use is for 28 homes. Irrigation of lawns, gardens and landscaping associated with the homes is authorized under the irrigation component of this right.
133 This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of any management plan approved by the director for the RPGWMA. If the director determines that the ground water supply in the RPGWMA is insufficient to meet the demands of prior water rights within the RPGWMA, the director may order the diversion and use of water under this right to be reduced or curtailed until the director determines that there is sufficient ground water available for this right.
174 This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of the management plan approved by the director for the RPGWMA.
01R When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
R66 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
