259 Right 94-9627 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 34.9 acre-feet, comprised of 7.1 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the ponds, 3.8 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, and up to 24.0 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.
