Code Condtions
219 Right 93-7662 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 8.9 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation, and for the storage of water for stockwater, fire protection, recreation and wildlife purposes.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 7.2 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.2 acres.
218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
