218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.

220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.2 acre-feet and a total surface area of 0.2 acres.
219 This right authorizes the annual storage of 1.8 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation from the pond and for the storage of water for stock, fire protection and recreation purposes.
