218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 93-7174 authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 2.3 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation. Up to 3.0 acre-feet of additional water may be stored in the reservoir and depleted periodically for irrigation purposes, but the entire annual diversion including the irrigation use may not exceed 5.3 acre-feet
