220 The five (5) ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 20 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.74 acres.
219 This right authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 37.1 acre feet of water to be used for the initial filling of the ponds or reservoirs for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation, the storage of water for stockwater, recreation, fire protection and wildlife.
218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
