219 Right 92-11118 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 0.5 acre-feet, 0.2 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond, 0.2 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation, and 0.1 acre-feet for stockwater storage.
