Code Condtions
219 Right 92-10138 authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 7.8 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond or and for the replacement of losses caused by seepage, evaporation, and use.
227 Water shall not be diverted under this right when flows in the St. Maries River are below minimum flow amounts as defined by Right 92-7200.
X15 A fish screen of 1/4 inch or smaller mesh shall be installed and maintained at the point of diversion on the stream.
