218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 87-12256 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 1.5 acre-feet, 1.0 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond, and 0.5 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
