259 Right 87-10956 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 5.8 acre-feet, comprised of 2.9 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, 1.4 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, and up to 1.5 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.
