219 Right 87-10939 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 0.9 acre-feet, 0.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond, 0.4 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation, and 0.1 acre-feet for stockwater storage use.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.4 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.1 acres.
Recreational use is for swimming and wading.
928 Some of the water use authorized by this right is claimed with an earlier priority date on Palouse River Basin Adjudication Claim No. 87-11215. If Claim 87-11215 is decreed as it is claimed, this right shall be diminished by the amount necessary to avoid any redundancy of water rights for stockwater use.
