218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
259 Right 87-10486 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 9.9 acre-feet, comprised of 5.6 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the ponds, 2.6 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, and up to 1.7 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation and stockwater from storage uses.
