Code Condtions
123 Water stored under this right is subject to fluctuations of the water table caused by changes in the flow of local streams and by diversions under prior ground water rights. This right does not guarantee the maintenance of any particular ground water level.
218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
259 Right 86-12115 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 6.5 acre-feet, comprised of 2.0 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the ponds, 1.3 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, up to 0.2 acre-feet for stockwater storage use, and up to 3.0 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.
220 The two (2) ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 2.0 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.4 acres.
R58 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
