004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
259 Right 86-12018 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 10.6 Acre Feet (AF) , comprised of 0.24 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond, 0.1 AF for the replacement of losses due to evaporation, and up to 10.26 AF for additional refills for Irrigation From Storage and Stockwater From Storage use.
R68 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
