The right holder shall make full beneficial use of water right 85-7209 for irrigation of the lands authorized to be irrigated under this right. The right holder shall limit the diversion of ground water for irrigation purposes under this right to those times when the surface water supply under Right 85-7209 is not available for irrigation use or the surface water supply is not reasonably sufficient to irrigate the place of use authorized under this right.

If water right 85-7209 is sold, transferred, leased or used on any other place of use, this right to divert groundwater shall not be used for irrigation purposes without an approved transfer pursuant to Section 42-222, Idaho Code, or approval of the Department if a transfer is not required.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor exceed a combined annual maximum diversion volume of 7.6 af for irrigation purposes at the field headgate for the place of use.

The combined irrigation use under Rights 85-7673 and 85-7209 shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.09 cfs, and total diversion volume of 12.0 af, and the irrigation of 3.0 acres.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
Use of this right for stockwater, domestic, recreation, and recreation storage purposes shall not exceed a total combined annual volume of 1.1 AF.

Domestic use is for 1 home and does not include lawn, garden, landscape, or other types of irrigation.
Water rights 85-7673 and 85-11217 shall not exceed a combined total of 0.04 cfs for domestic use.
