S40 THE USE OF WATER FOR IRRIGATION UNDER THIS RIGHT MAY BEGIN AS EARLY AS FEBRUARY 15 AND MAY CONTINUE TO AS LATE AS NOVEMBER 30, PROVIDED OTHER ELEMENTS OF THE RIGHT ARE NOT EXCEEDED.
