The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.7 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.1 acres.

Right 85-7634 and 85-15797 authorize the storage of an annual total of 4.7 acre-feet, comprised of 0.7 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, 0.1 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, and up to 3.9 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.
