Code Condtions
The right holder shall not divert more than 50 percent of the stream flow, as measured at the point of diversion.
This right does not authorize the storage of water in a pond or reservoir except in an off-stream impoundment to facilitate operation of the irrigation system. Impoundment of water in such a facility shall not exceed the volume diverted for irrigation under this right in a 24-hour period.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the Department.
R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
