The issuance of this right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
Fish propagation is for Clearwater River Subbasin Chinook salmon restoration by rearing and releasing spring Chinook salmon fingerlings or smolts.
The right holder shall not divert more than one-half the rate of flow of water in Yoosa Creek, as measured at the point of diversion, under this right.

After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.

The right holder shall not divert water at a rate exceeding what is reasonably necessary for the beneficial use authorized by this right.

Rights 84-7302 and 84-7303 authorize the diversion of a combined total of 0.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and up to a combined total of 591 acre-feet for fish propagation, for a total annual combined volume of 591.4 acre-feet.
