218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 84-12292 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 43.0 acre-feet, 35.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 7.6 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 35.4 acre-feet or a total surface area of 5.2 acres.
