002 Measuring devices of a type approved by the Department shall be permanently installed and maintained at the point of diversion and the point of effluent discharge.
027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
Minimum streamflows shall be maintained in Crooked River to allow year round migration of fish from the point of discharge upstream to the point of diversion. Fish propagation use is for a fish ladder and temporary holding facility with a bypass pipe to flush the fish back into Crooked River.
004 The issuance of this right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
