218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 82-12260 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 5.2 acre-feet, 3.9 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond(s), 1.2 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation, and 0.1 acre-feet for the replacement of stockwater storage use.
