218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 82-12114 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 1.5 acre-feet, 1.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and 0.1 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
