The right holder shall not divert more than one-half the rate of flow of water in the Selway River, as measured at the point of diversion, under this right.

259 Right 81-7181 authorizes the diversion of 0.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the fish ponds and up to 197.5 acre-feet for fish propagation for a total annual volume of 197.9 acre-feet.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
