Code Condtions
The reservoir created in connection with this right shall not exceed 1/4-acre in surface area.
This right does not authorize the continuous diversion of water into and through the reservoir after it has been filled.
X35 Rights 81-11925 and 81-11978 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.09 cfs.
197 Upon specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring device(s), including data logger(s), at the authorized point(s) of diversion, in accordance with Department specifications.
218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
R02 A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
