219 This right authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 1.0 acre-feet (af) to be used for the initial filling of the pond and for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation. Evaporative losses are estimated to be 0.1 afa and seepage is estimated to be 0.4 afa.
This right consists of two delivery systems that divert water from a spring and an unnamed stream. The right holder can divert up to 0.04 cfs from the spring and 0.06 cfs from the unnamed stream.
