C18 This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code.
Water diverted under this right is injected into Fourmile Creek at three points in Lot 3 (NENW), S06, T19N, R02E, and is rediverted downstream within Lot 3 (NENW), S06, T19N, R02E.
Rediversion from Fourmile Creek under this right shall be regulated in order of priority with all other rights diverted from Fourmile Creek and its tributaries.
Three points of diversion are located within Govt. Lot 3 (NENW), S06, T19N, R02E.
R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
