Code Condtions
065 The right holder shall make beneficial use of rights 75-69A, 75-70A, 75-10061A, 75-10062A and 75-14248 for irrigation of the lands authorized to be irrigated under this right. The right holder shall limit the diversion of ground water for irrigation under this right to those times when rights 75-69A, 75-70A, 75-10061A, 75-10062A and 75-14248 are not available or are not reasonably sufficient to irrigate the place of use authorized under this right.
105 If rights 75-69A, 75-70A, 75-10061A, 75-10062A and 75-14248 are abandoned, forfeited, sold, transferred, leased or used on any other place of use, this right to divert ground water shall not be used for irrigation purposes without an approved transfer pursuant to Section 42-222, Idaho Code, or approval of the Department if a transfer is not required.
X35 Rights 75-69A, 75-70A, 75-7505, 75-10061A, 75-10062A and 75-14248 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 10.9 acres.
WB7 This right shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre when combined with all other rights.
When less than 0.02 cfs per acre is available under 75-69A, 75-70A, 75-10061A, 75-10062A and 75-14248, this water right may be used to bring the total combined diversion rate up to a maximum of 0.02 cfs per acre.
132 Domestic use is for external use in connection with one home and does not include use for irrigation purposes. Irrigation of lawn, garden and landscaping associated with the home is authorized under the irrigation component of this right.
