X53 Diversion of water from the Salmon River is limited to those times water is available for diversion under this right and priority from Rattlesnake Creek. Availability of water from Rattlesnake Creek shall be determined based on the flow at the mouth of Rattlesnake Creek.
X49 Prior to diversion of water under this approval, the right holder shall provide a means of measurement acceptable to the department for measuring the flow at the mouth of Rattlesnake Creek and at the point of diversion from the Salmon River.
01J Prior to diversion of water under this right, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
029 Prior to the diversion and use of water under this approval, the right holder shall comply with all fish screening and/or fish passage requirements of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
R63 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
N05 The quantity of water under this right for stockwater use shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day.
N08 The quantity of water decreed for this water right for stockwater use is not a determination of historical beneficial use.

T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
