Approval of transfer 73263 authorizes diversion of 0.11 cfs for irrigation of 7.5 acres, 0.02 cfs or stock water and 0.4 af for recreation storage. The total combined diversion rate is limited to 0.11 cfs and 0.4 af.
The pond authorized by approval of transfer 73263 is limited to a surface area of 0.12 acres and volume of 0.4 af.
Approval of transfer 73263 authorizes up to 0.91 af under water right 75-2003 to flow into the pond each year between 4-1 and 10-31 to compensate for water lost to evaporation and seepage and to maintain a constant water level without providing water for overflow or flow through past the pond.
Prior to the diversion of water under this right, the right holder shall install a lockable device, subject to the approval of the Department, in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.

The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year(s) of the date of this approval.

Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.

Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as may be determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court at a point in time no later than the entry of the final unified decree.
