Right Nos. 75-14901 and 75-14902 are limited to the irrigation of a combined total of 9.3 acres in a single irrigation season.

Diversion of water under this right is limited to those times when water is available for diversion under the priority of this right at the original point of diversion from Lake Creek in T19N, R21E, Sec 2, Lot 1 (SENENE).
Diversion of water under this right is limited to the quantity of water available under this right at the original point of diversion on Lake Creek or the quantity of water at the confluence of Lake Creek and the Salmon River, whichever is less.

Prior to diversion of water under this right, the right holder shall install a lockable device, subject to the approval of the Department, in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.

Upon specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring device(s), including data logger(s), at the authorized point(s) of diversion, in accordance with Department specifications.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.

The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.

Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.

Pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1412(6), this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court in the final unified decree entered 08/26/2014.
