X27 This right is limited to the irrigation of 2.9 acres within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season.
X35 Rights 75-14797 and 75-14798 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.20 cfs and the irrigation of 3.0 acres.
R67 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre when delivered via pump and pressurized irrigation system, nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
01H Prior to diversion of water under this right, the right holder shall install a lockable device, subject to the approval of the Department, in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
197 Upon specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring device(s), including data logger(s), at the authorized point(s) of diversion, in accordance with Department specifications.
029 Prior to the diversion and use of water under this approval, the right holder shall comply with all fish screening and/or fish passage requirements of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
205 The approval of this transfer redefines all of the elements of this water right, and the new use of water authorized by this approval shall constitute the full extent of the right.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19 Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court in the final unified decree entered 08/26/2014.
