C18 This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code.
K09 This right is for an enlargement of 1.1 acres within the place of use described for this right.

01H Prior to diversion of water under this right, the right holder shall install a lockable device, subject to the approval of the Department, in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
029 Prior to the diversion and use of water under this right, the right holder shall comply with all fish screening and/or fish passage requirements of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
R63 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by transfer 75324 before February 27, 2010.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of transfer 75324 is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
E60 Right Nos. 75-14482 and 75-14484 are limited to a total combined diversion rate of 0.26 cfs and to a total combined annual diversion volume of 50.4 AF at the field headgate.
E55 Right Nos. 75-14482 and 75-14484 are limited to the irrigation of a combined total of 14.4 acres in a single irrigation season.
C11 This water right is subordinate to all water rights with a priority date earlier than April 12, 1994, that are not decreed as enlargements pursuant to Section 42-1426, Idaho Code.
