C18 This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code.
X27 Rights 75-101, 75-102, and 75-14196 when combined are limited to the irrigation of 84.6 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
X35 Rights 75-101, 75-102, 75-2093, 75-4003, 75-7031, 75-14196, and 75-14198 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 163.6 acres.
Diversion of water from the Salmon River is limited to those times water is available for diversion under this right and priority from Iron Creek. Availability of water from Iron Creek shall be determined based on the lesser of the flow in Iron Creek at the authorized point(s) of diversion or at the mouth of Iron Creek.
