Code Condtions
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 74.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
The total combined rate of diversion under this right and Right No. 74-0707 shall not exceed 0.15 cfs and a volume of 73.2 af.
219 Right 74-7338 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 4.2 acre-feet, 1.8 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond(s) and 2.4 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The two (2) ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.8 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.3 acre.
