R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 74.

259 Right 74-7243 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 8.0 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 2.7 acre-feet for stockwater storage; 9.0 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, for a total annual storage volume of 19.7 acre-feet.
