R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. 74-Z, Big Eightmile and Lee Creeks.
R43 Prior to diversion of water under the approval of transfer 68803 the right holder shall install measuring devices and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department at each point of diversion in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversions.
