X35 Rights 74-401B, 74-402B, 74-403B, 74-1048B, and 74-16059 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 1.7 cfs and the irrigation of 33.5 acres.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water Districts No. 74 and 74M.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
198 When notified by the Department or by a watermaster with regulatory authority over this right, the right holder shall report the amount of water diverted in connection with this right. The report shall be submitted in the manner and frequency specified by the Department or the watermaster.
The right holder shall limit diversion of water under this right to those times when rights 74-401B, 74-402B, 74-403B, and 74-1048B are completely unavailable for use.
The source of water for this right is spring inflow into the L-32 Ditch. The point of diversion for this right is the location where the right holder diverts water from the L-32 Ditch.
R59 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
