104 If surface water rights 74-7260, 74-15020, 74-15687, 74-15699, 74-15700, 74-16034 and 74-16035 are abandoned, forfeited, sold, transferred, leased or used on any other place of use, this right to divert ground water shall not be used without an approved transfer pursuant to Section 42-222, Idaho Code, or approval of the Department if a transfer is not required.
X35 Rights 74-7258, 74-7260, 74-15020, 74-15687, 74-15699, 74-15700, 74-16033, 74-16034 and 74-16035 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 2.24 cfs and the irrigation of 112 acres.
