027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.

X16 The approach velocity at the point of diversion shall not exceed 0.5 feet per second.
X15 A fish screen of 1/4 inch or smaller mesh shall be installed and maintained at the point of diversion.
Fish propagation use is for fish protection through the installation of a deflecting screen at a diversion canal entrance and a bypass pipe to flush the fish back to the Lemhi River.
