R63 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
The right holder shall mitigate for the consumption of water under this right by ceasing the diversion and use of surface water to irrigate the authorized place of use for this right and by enrolling 68.5 acres of irrigation authorized under water right 74-644 in the Water District 74 rental pool with the written acknowledgement of the local rental pool committee that the right will not be rented and used for any purpose. Water shall not be used under this right if Right 74-644’s enrollment in the local rental pool is terminated.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the Department.
