Code Condtions
220 The pond established by the storage of water under rights 73-147A, 73-10041, 73-12110 and 73-12146 shall not exceed a total capacity of 86.4 acre-feet or a total surface area of 27 acres.
219 Rights 73-147A, 73-10041, 73-12110, and 73-12146 authorize the diversion of an annual total of 240.2 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of a pond and for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation from the pond.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 170.
Recreation storage, aesthetic storage and wildlife storage uses are for an excavated pond.
This right does not authorize the diversion of water from a well.
123 Water stored under this right is subject to fluctuations of the water table caused by changes in the flow of local streams and by diversions under prior ground water rights. This right does not guarantee the maintenance of any particular ground water level.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
