027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
004 The issuance of this right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
Recreation and aesthetic uses are for providing flow-through water for fishing and swimming ponds. Approved transfer No. 69880 removes a portion of irrigated lands under existing rights 73-175, 73-176, 73-7044, 73-2002, 73-7093 and 73-7076, to cover the storage of water in the ponds and evaporative losses occurring therein.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
