X35	Rights 72-7450 and 72-7558 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 1.12 cfs and a total annual maximum diversion volume of 211.5 af.
128	Place of use is within the area served by the public water supply system of Round Valley Acres Water Association. The place of use is generally located within the SESE Section 28, Township 14N, Range19E and the NENE Section 33, Township 14N, Range 19E.
172	The boundary encompassing the place of use for this water right is described with a digital boundary as authorized by Idaho law. The data comprising the digital boundary are stored in the electronic document management system of the Department and are incorporated into this approval by this reference. A map depicting the place of use is attached to this approval document to illustrate the place of use described by the digital boundary.
X59	Two points of diversion are located within Lot 4, Round Valley Acres First Addition and one point of diversion is located within Lot 11, Blk. 4, Round Valley Acres Third Addition.
005	Use of water under this right is subject to control by the watermaster of State Water District No. 170.
01M	After specific notification by the department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the department.
075	Irrigation of large projects such as parks, golf courses, or sports activities fields is not authorized under this right.
022	The daily diversion volume for non-domestic uses under this municipal right shall not exceed 2,500 gallons per use and the daily diversion volume for domestic uses under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons and 1/2 acre of irrigation per dwelling in accordance with Section 42-111, Idaho Code.
207	Water shall not be diverted for fire protection use under this right except to fight or repel an existing fire. Any amount of water used to fight a fire will not count against the annual volume limit for this right.
102	The right holder shall not provide water diverted under this right for the irrigation of land having appurtenant surface water rights as a primary source of irrigation water except when the surface water rights are not available for use. This condition applies to all land with appurtenant surface water rights, including land converted from irrigated agricultural use to other land uses but still requiring water to irrigate lawns and landscaping.
004	The issuance of this right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
