Aesthetic storage and stockwater storage uses are for a pond.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 10.0 acre-feet or a total surface area of 2.5 acres.
219 This right authorize the diversion of an annual total of 11.1 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
123 Water stored under this right is subject to fluctuations of the water table caused by changes in the flow of local streams and by diversions under prior ground water rights. This right does not guarantee the maintenance of any particular ground water level.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 72D.
Upon specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall provide a means acceptable to the department to measure the amount of water entering the pond and the amount of water released from the pond.
