X35 Rights 72-16736, 72-16737, 72-16738, 72-16739, 72-16740 and 72-16741 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 3.07 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 137.2 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 39.2 acres.
When rights 72-16738 and 72-16740 are combined they are limited to irrigation of no more than 5.0 acres in a single irrigation season.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 72-A.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
