R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 71.
R02 A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
The right holder shall use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department, until such time the Department determines a measuring device and datalogger are needed.
020 The diversion and use of water described in this right may be subject to additional conditions and limitations agreed to by the protestant(s) and the right holder under separate agreement to which the Department is not a party and which may be enforceable by a court of law.
This right is for the diversion of ground water to fill two reservoirs totaling 3.2 af. The total combined diversion volume under rights 71-7178, 71-7179, and 71-10929 shall not exceed 3.2 af plus the amount necessary to replace evaporation and seepage losses from the reservoirs, up to a combined maximum of 4.2 af.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
