R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 71.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
This right is for the diversion of water to fill two reservoirs totaling 3.2 af. The total combined diversion volume under rights 71-7178, 71-7179, and 71-10929 shall not exceed 3.2 af plus the amount necessary to replace evaporation and seepage losses from the reservoirs, up to a combined maximum of 4.2 af.
X13 The Director retains jurisdiction to require a bypass flow for maintenance of fish, wildlife, riparian and aquatic habitat.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another. Specifically, this right does not grant or modify existing scenic easements held by the federal government which may limit use of this right. This right does not grant approval of other local, state or federal authorities that may be required to perfect use of this right.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
