X27 This right is limited to the irrigation of 800 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 67.
X35 Rights 67-7732, 67-0638, 67-0639, 67-0644, 67-0645, 67-0646, 67-0647, 67-0648, 67-0649, 67-0650, 67-0651, 67-0652, 67-0653, and 67-7899 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 827 acres.
X36 Right 67-7732 is also diverted through the point of diversion described above and when combined with Rt. 67-7899 shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 1.0 cfs.
18C The right holder shall provide a means acceptable to the department to measure the amount of water entering the reservoir and the amount of water released from the reservoir.
R64 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
R40 The storage of water under this right is contingent upon continued certification by the Department of Water Resources under the dam safety provisions of the Idaho Code, authorizing storage.
