219 67-7835J authorizes a total annual storage volume of 1.3 acre-feet, 0.6 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 0.7 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
220 The one (1) pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.6 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.5 acre.
R02 A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 67.
